Even as the town is progressively buried under the relentless snow, dark secrets are uncovered and exposed, leading to fatal consequences. Fate brings together pretty, divorced Marilyn, who has just recently returned to Bastion Falls to start over again, and Shandy, a teenager with psychic abilities. The two need all their courage to overcome the looming threat to their town. Ochs handles the individual voices of the large cast of characters with aplomb, and listeners will find this audiobook ideal for a spooky winter night.
