Summary

Caroline and Nathan's former enemy Rasmussen reappears as a magician calling himself The Great Manzini. As Manzini, he kidnaps King Thomas Jefferson the Fourth during a magic show at the Ford's Theater and demands an impossible ransom. A time-traveler himself, Nathan understands how the trick was done, but when he confronts the villain, Manzini sends Nathan 60 years into the future.

Nathan returns, unable to explain his absence, and is arrested as an accomplice to the kidnapping and possible murder. In vain he tries to explain the kidnapping was a ruse to deflect attention from a greater threat to the nation. Caroline must rescue the missing monarch...but will she find Thomas in time to prove her husband's innocence and right a 100-year-old wrong?

Fun Series!

This is definitely my favorite book of the series and I liked that Caroline had such an active role. Mystery and intrigue abounds as she must save the kidnapped king and vindicate her husband. Although the story can be enjoyed on its own, I feel that it is best understood and appreciated after listening to the previous books in the series. Once again the story was narrated by Ashley Holt and I appreciated the continuity. I've noticed that her narration steadily improved with each book and this was her best effort. Ms. Holt is a new narrator for me and maybe it was simply a matter of acclimating to her narrative style on my part. This was a fun listen that I really enjoyed and I would recommend A Question of Time.

I think this is my favorite in this series

first of all I listened to all three books and I liked them all.... but this specific book, somehow was better .I don't know how to explain it, the writing was exactly the same, but the story itself was great. I could feel the mystery and I could feel the emotions more from the other books, I think this book is the best of the series definitely a thumbs up for this one
p.s. I don't know if it's because I liked this book more from the others but here the narrator made even better job then in the other books.

The Last Chapter of A Very Interesting Series

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

With this last book in the series, the author wraps up an unusual Historical Fiction trilogy with mastery and skills. I felt that the first book in the series, was a little rushed, but this one was probably the best of the three, taking the time to develop each situation that the plot allowed. The performance also seemed more paced and the best of the three. The interesting supernatural aspect of the main characters makes the story stand on its own and truly unique. If you love happy endings, this is the book you'll want to read.
Nice job by the author Sandy Bruney.

Kidnap and time travel

The story continues in the 3rd installment of "The Question of..." series. A kidnapped King is lost somewhere in time and it is up to our heros to find where he is before it is too late. I think this was my favorite book in the series so far. If you haven't read the first two books in the series, get them first. This book will not make a lot of sense (in my opinion) without listening to them first.

A question of time ⌚

This is really a good story. It's the last in the series but you wouldn't be lost it you started with this book. It incorporates time travel and fantasy along with mystery. It is a story that weaves in historical information into an intriguing adventure.

I have to say that the narrator did a better job reading this book than the first book (a question of boundaries). She is the type of narrator that has to grow on you. As always, before you decide on any audiobook, listen to the audio sample.
