As a male feminist I was in need of an update to the current plight of the female in the politically correct age. This does the job. It is a more granular approach than Lean In with specific tactics for specific situations. For the ideas to work, both men and women need to participate. Chauvinists will find this book deeply disturbing but should read anyway. Thank you sisterhood, I look forward to working with you!
