About this listen

When Felix arrived at Huddersfield Railway Station as a kitten, no-one knew how important she would become. She has a vital job as 'Senior Pest Controller' - but Felix is more than just an employee of TransPennine Express. She has changed her colleagues' lives and saved the day time and again: from bringing a boy with autism out of his shell to comforting a runaway child.

When tragedy hits the team, they rely on Felix to pull them together. But it is a chance friendship with a commuter that catapults her to international stardom....

It's a really enjoyable story, I didn't think I would enjoy it too much, but I just had to try because it's the name of one of my dads (now brothers) cats (who is also a black & white queen cat). Some of the things this Felix got up to I could see our Felix doing when she was younger or 1 of her cat friends that live with her. I ended up wishing I could have a cat colleague that could Carm our erate customers, but unfortunately I work in a supermarket and there is probably heath and safety laws to prevent it plus, a few complaints from those who are allergic to cats or something. I was most disappointed when it ended, has I wanted to keep hearing what she was getting up too & was half planing a holiday up in that area just so I could visit Huddersfield station to see if I'm going to get lucky & meet her.

I was expecting to be bored and return it, but I really enjoyed it.
