Summary
I'm not too proud to admit that finding Mr. Right involves swiping right.
Right? Welcome to dating in avocado toastland.
Here I am, on my first blind date, ever, courtesy of a smartphone app and my two annoying best friends.
So what is Chris "Fletch" Fletcher doing, walking across the room, looking at his phone like he's pattern matching a picture to find a real person he's never met before?
Oh.
Oh, no.
The guy I drop-kicked in seventh grade cannot be my blind date. The guy who earned me this infernal nickname.
That's right.

Hilarious, witty and emotional
Another fantastic book read by Erin, such a great narrator, she really brings the characters to life!!! This book is all about Fiona "Fiesty" and Chris "Fletcher". They've known each other for years, but Fiona has ignored him after a horrible time in high school. Now they're older can she put those past feelings aside to really see the man he's become?... There's plenty of witty banter, laughter, friendship, passion, action and more throughout their story. Will they end up with the happiness they deserve?...

LOL
Another great continuation to Julia Kent’s series.
Fiona and Fletch have great chemistry and banter that will have you laughing out loud. The angst and slow burn is worth it for that ending.
Recommend!

Feisty
Feisty is another hilarious comedy in the Do-Over Series. This book is the story of Fletch and Fiona. I love everything about it from the witty banter, the lovable characters, the sexual innuendos, and the sweet love story. This has been a fun series and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great rom-com series. Erin Mallon is my favorite female narrator, and I just love everything she does. Her male voice is so hot and sexy.

Hilarious
Feisty is the 3rd book in the Do-Over series and I loved it. This romantic comedy was hilarious, and I loved Fiona and Chris together. They had great chemistry and their banter had me amused. The addition of Fiona's friends added another layer of hilarity and there were certain times during this story I was laughing aloud. This novel had a bit of it all, action, emotion, swoon and steam, likable, relatable characters and a plot that will hold your attention. I enjoyed it all and would highly recommend this novel to all lovers of romantic comedies.
The audiobook version was narrated by Erin Mallon, who has become one of my favorite narrators. She adds her own flair and style to the narration and accurately portrays these characters bringing the story to life. It was a pleasure listening to her narrate this novel.

Feisty & Fletch
When I need to laugh, Julia Kent is one of my go to listens. I know she will bring a smile to my face and warm my heart. This third book in the Do Over series certainly meets the bill for both with laugh out loud moments and heartfelt romance. We have Fiona, aka “Feisty” and Chris. These two have a history and it’s not all love and roses. These two have been sparring for years. Fiona is a pre k teacher and it shows just how tough she can be. But is she tough enough? Chris has a lot to make up for and this slow burn gives him the time he needs to decide what to do. And with friends like these two have, we get glimpses of love and laughter along with fantastic friendships. Kent takes us along for their ride, let’s us enjoy the ups and downs, laugh and love.
Erin Mallon is always amazing but I especially love her when she reads romcoms. She has perfect comedic timing and her voices spot on. And from book to book she keeps her characters consistent. I her every time!

She's done it again...
This book was so much fun to listen to. The author did such a good job with the story and the characters. They felt like characters you know from work or as acquaintances, like they're old friends. I laughed out loud several times (don't ask me why). The dialogue was fun, and Erin Mallon did such a great job with the narration. Highly enjoyable.

Drop kickingly brilliant
This was yet another sweet and very funny instalment of the “Do Over” series. Fiona has really changed from her younger days. Well... Until what happened in the school brings out the feisty again!
I feel sad that Chris and Fiona missed so many years together over something seemingly so trivial. But so glad they get there in the end.
Lots of fun and frolic ensue with all the usual returning characters.
Yet another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ brilliant performance!

Blew me away!
The first chapter of this book had me. I knew it was going to be a bumpy ride right out of the gate. Julia Kent pulled out all the stops for Feisty's book and it may be my favorite one yet in the series. Fiona was always the most free of all the heroines in her little circle. She radiated uniqueness and confidence. She was a powerful force. And all of those qualities came pouring out of her in a moment of true fight or flight.
I won't call it a second-chance story line because the H and h never even really got started. More of a enemies-ish to lovers, considering the main characters were just kids when their feud started. But even after all these years, something kept them tethered together. Something kept them wondering.
Chris was the most swoon worthy hero. He had an incredibly rewarding job. He was following his dreams. He owned a gym and had the body of a greek God. He put family above all else. What was there NOT to love about him?
This book was certainly quirky and different. Feisty's focus on her spirituality made for a unique story line, full of information I'd never thought I'd learn in a rom-com. At times it took a lot of focus to follow along, but overall it was insightful and refreshing to read something so eccentric.
The HEA won me over big time. I loved Chris' persistence and patience. I loved Fiona's ability to remain true to herself. This book was a solid 4/5 stars for me. And that ending!?!?! I cannot wait for Hasty's story because I am so ready for someone to knock her down a peg or two!
Erin Mallon did an incredible job narrating this captivating story. Her ability to portray both the female and male characters flawlessly make it so much easier to enjoy a single narrator story.
