I don't know about anyone else, but I feel like a lot of books regarding emotions tend to be the same thing over and over, but in listening to this book, I began to understand that the three-legged stool model connects brain health, body wellness, and emotional balance. The author adds in a very personal story that is shared to better help all of us understand that we have the power to heal. The author shares some pretty amazing information that has helped me start to make some changes in my life that are already starting to have a positive effect.
