Very good book.

It touched on a more natural approach to fat loss. Very good book. It for sure has some different approaches to weight loss than conventional wisdom that most people give.

One of the best one!!

I think we often want to listen something complicated and difficult when looking at why we are overweight. This book illuminates the reasons quite simply. We eat too much processed food, we don't move enough, and our sleep patterns are all out of sync. Too easy? Maybe.

This is a great book with enough science to support claims, an explanation what to do and why to do it, and simple suggestions how to incorporate new behaviors into daily habits.

Such good advice

I found the information in this book to be the perfect combination of science and common sense. It was a very good listen and I'd recommend it to anyone trying to get off the dieting roller coaster. A change in lifestyle that not only makes perfect sense but is also explained perfectly.

Great one!!!

The information contained in this book is amazing. The writing, however leaves a bit too be desired. In the first few chapters I felt I was listening the script for an infomercial and that soon (but not soon enough) the gimmick would be revealed. But I kept reading and it got better. I still skipped whole pages, but this is not a gimmick and I am very intrigued.

Must listen!!

I thought the book was easy to get through and seems to ring true in my gut as to how we should behave; but that being said I believe a lot of it to be a tall order for people stuck in today's societal habits. With all weight loss suggestions, you have to really want it and be willing to sacrifice to get it! Which in my experience is the really hard part.
