Very motivational!

I wasn't able to listen to these affirmations as meditation. But I'm not good at meditation to begin with. But what I really loved about this was that I could turn it on and do my menial task while feeling highly motivated.

Encouraging!

Wonderful!

This book is wonderful, anxiety or other mental health issues, then you may be interested in the power of cognitive behavioral therapy. Very cumulative effects

Helpful to start the actual meditation

We definitely notice a difference when we do this meditation. it would have been helpful to start the actual meditation at the beginning of a new chapter rather than having to find exact spot for bookmark.

Approach is simple and easy
