Very motivational!

I wasn't able to listen to these affirmations as meditation. But I'm not good at meditation to begin with. But what I really loved about this was that I could turn it on and do my menial task while feeling highly motivated.

Awesome content

I have been looking for a guided sleep meditation book for a long time to help me on getting to sleep and the other books I have listened to all their narrators suck or the content does not work. But as for this one, it is very soothing and gets me to sleep straight away.

Great listen!

This Deep sleep script gets a solid 5 stars from me, the script by absolute peace has helped me to stop my insomnia. Then I feel in a much more better state of mind as well when I listen to this in the middle of the day. Even the voice of the narrator is very relaxing. You can really fall asleep while listening to pretty goddam fast.

Amazing audible

Wow, I'm amazed that this actually works when a freind tol me about this I thought they were kidding. But turns out this is like a life saver for getting your troubles out of your head and having a lovely sleep.

Found it very helpful

Life is full of stress and frustrations this audio book has you step back, clear your mind and take a deep breath with these daily exercises so you can be aware of your body language, watching what you say, journalism etc.. I found it very helpful when I start thinking negative to step back and say wait it is really not that bad. But only with practice will things be better in your life.

Must listen!

Put it this way, if you are the kind of person who struggles on getting to sleep or may be stressed out continuously this is 100% the audiobook for. I struggle in life with both of these issues and I must say that since I have been listening to this my problems have started to clear up.

Out of desperation

Hi, Out of desperation I tried this session. I used it each time I woke up during the night and again the next night. I just plugged in the headphones, started the player and went to sleep. very awesome!!!

Helpful to start the actual meditation

We definitely notice a difference when we do this meditation. it would have been helpful to start the actual meditation at the beginning of a new chapter rather than having to find exact spot for bookmark.

I have big issues with sleep due to trauma

I have big issues with sleep due to trauma and anxiety following a car hitting our house, this has never failed to send me off no matter how bad the traffic outside is and however much the house shakes! absolutely wonderful!!! love it!!!

Very cumulative effects

This audio book made me feel like I just took a vacation! I've only listened to it once, this was my first day, and I'm looking forward to feeling the cumulative effects over the next month.

Finally... something that works consistently.

.Finally... something that works consistently. Listened a few nights in a row and was happy with the results. Deep sleep, happily waking up. Wireless earphones do the trick. I don't listen very loudly, don't need to, I'm asleep after a few mins anyway. Every time!!

The narrator's voice is pleasant and relaxing.

The narrator's voice is pleasant and relaxing. I'm not sure of the content because I fell asleep so auickly! the other track w natural sounds is nice too. a very relaxing and pleasant listen.

Can’t wait to try

Compared to some of the other hypnosis sessions I’ve tried this was the first one to actually put me to sleep. Can’t wait to try some of the other hypnosis they have made.

Relaxed with every breath

Or some reason my brain always goes haywire when I try to sleep, suddenly I’m full energy and can’t stop thinking about new ideas and things I want to do. When I listen to this and focused on my breath and listened to the words my mind slowly but steadily calmed itself down making me more and more relaxed with every breath.
