Great tips really helps

Not tried the sleep restriction therapy but it’s now a tool in my toolbox should I need it. Found advice about exercise and diet really helpful. Especially information about maintaining healthy microbiome.

Sleep has improved back to 85% sleep efficiency. Thanks very much Michael Mosley

Great tips

Great tips which I'll try.

I was somewhat narked by the stereotyping, that everyone who doesn't sleep is knocking back the coffee, booze, energy drinks and sitting about!
I don't drink any of that or have caffeine and I exercise a lot.

Though the resistance training I hadn't heard of for sleeping. Someo of what he suggested is dramatic, but he doesn't wash over that and is honest. and hey, some things need drastic action!
