Topic was interesting and covered fashion through the ages.

Narration wasn't to the same standard as the research. Very repetitive language, trying to appear conversational and relaxed, which I unfortunately found a bit annoying.

Might appeal to a younger crowd, I'm in my mid-30s

I loved this series. I have learnt a great deal and especially the effect of historical fashion has influenced modern day taboos and shibboleths. Would love to hear more.

Enjoyed this, happily spurred me through several large piles or ironing. Clara was great, and although I like Amber usually, her repeated use of 'totally' and 'completely' did annoy after s while. Overall though, worth a listen, I enjoyed it.

Informative, interesting and a fantastic listen. More like this and more of Amber Butchart please! Her knowledge and expertise shine through and she is really engaging to listen to (apart from constantly answering comments with the word 'completely', it did get a tad grating).
