Summary

Half-Moon Hollow's supernatural social event of the season - Zeb's Titanic-themed werewolf wedding - is coming up, and Dick Cheney (not that Dick Cheney!) needs a date. But the infuriatingly irresistible man who lives quietly on the edge of a criminal underworld knows exactly what he wants, and once he surprises Andrea with a thrilling hot and dirty kiss behind the paranormal bookshop, she knows what she wants too: Dick. All it takes to ignite their unconventional courtship is a near-undeath experience that confronts Dick with a choice between turning Andrea, losing her forever, or tapping in to his countless shady resources.

Disappointing
I could scream as I am so disappointed. I have been walking around with my headphones on with NOTHING coming out for the last 30 minutes...that is how shocked & disappointed I am.
Why I hear you ask........louder please I did not hear!
It is too short. After waiting for YEARS to hear the Dick & Andrea story ...it is too short. It is beautifully written ...it is so sweet & tender BUT ...where is the rest of it. The bit where Andrea gets turned...the wedding .....ARHHHHHH ......where is it?????? For that reason I am actually marking down a Molly Harper book. I will now go & quietly sob...my whole day ruined.

Cute!
Adorable side story!
Slightly confused why it is not listed earlier in the series where it belongs chronologically, but still very happy I got to hear it.
Would have loved to hear more from Andreas point of view!

A short listen giving more of Andrea and Dicks story. perfect for fans of the Half Moon Hollow stories.

Another great novella
Which scene did you most enjoy?
The tease where you wonder if Andrea's has been turned vampire or not after the botched feeding.
Any additional comments?
When Andrea first meets Dick Cheney she doesn’t take him or his continual flirting seriously; how could she when he was wearing t-shirts with obscene and inappropriate designs on? She soon sees a different side to him and when he saves her from certain death, and not the undead kind, she realises that he’s not too bad after all.
This little novella explains how Dick and Andrea get together, and it’s a sweet little addition to the series. Dick is one of the key players in Half-Moon Hollow, and the story adds to his overall bio. I love all of Molly Harper’s work and this was no exception; there is an author/reader chemistry and she taps it every time.

Loved this, it was fun getting Andrea's POV and seeing that other side of Dick Cheney (the vampire, not the president! Lol!). Really hoping for more little Half-Moon Hollow snippets, especially with these characters!

Excellent addition to the series
I love this series and the characters Molly Harper has created. The narration is perfect. I look forward to reading and listening to more by this author.
