I would recommend this audio.

After experiencing several days sleepless nights I decided to try this and it amazing I actually slept for eight solid hours for the first time in a very long time I would recommend this audio tape very highly for anyone having trouble sleeping

I can just get to sleep easier.

It's becoming my go to for when I get tired of my other methods if they aren't putting me to sleep fast enough. I enough the repetitive nature of this one, it's relaxing but also mellow enough that I can just get to sleep easier.

It works!

This is an audio I can play at night and just fall asleep to without really trying too hard. If I find it hard, I just listen to the instructions, which are gentle and clear, and then before I know it I'm asleep. It works!

Very worth it!

Sleeping peacefully at night used to hard before but with this audio book it is really very easy now. I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didn't know what to expect. The narrator is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!

This is a fantastic way to fall asleep. The narration is soothing and calm, while the guided meditation really helps get your mind off of the day's stresses. It was easy to focus on sleep - and before I knew it - I was knocked out!

My sleep quality improved a lot.

I periodically had anxiety and difficulty falling asleep after having my second kid. so I purchased this along with other books to help me sleep. my sleep quality improved a lot since listening to it. the other books however only made me more anxious after listening.

His voice are very soothing.

I listen to this with earbuds or over the ear headphones as I settle down for a nap or to sleep...I wake up refreshed, calm and reenergized. Falling asleep is much easier for me, when down or anxious if I listen to this. Both the content and his voice are very soothing.

It truly worked for me,

It truly worked for me, it helped me unwind and nod off directly after. The program shows you something new consistently, yet you additionally rehash what you recently realized. So you end up having a pleasant sleep daily.

Fantastic guide!

I have never read of listened to a meditation guide, and this being the first was a pretty good one. I thought the narrator was very good and had a nice calming voice and effect. Overall this accomplished its goal of relaxing this listener, and what more can I ask for?

This audio does the trick for me every time...

This audio does the trick for me every time...within about 5-10 min. of turning it on I am fast asleep. The only change I would make to it is perhaps the addition of more relaxing music and increase in the length, from 30 to 60 min. Otherwise it's fantastic. The dialogue is good and the narration is very good; her voice is soothing. The pacing is also spot on - I like how the narration moves in a slow, meandering way. My husband usually complains about my audio book use at bedtime (he prefers to fall asleep to the TV), however, even he likes this audio book :)

Loved it!

Loved it! Insomniacs, this is a must have audio book. It helps me fall asleep every time and I have never slept better. It is possible to set a timer on it, necessary because you WILL fall asleep listening to it!

I got some great sleep using this audio program.

I got some great sleep using this audio program. It was enjoyable and helped me get a full 8 hours of sleep, so the next day I was full of energy and felt well rested. Great program.
