About this listen
Faith isn’t about fitting a mold—it’s about meeting God as you are. If you’ve ever felt like your mind’s pace doesn’t match the quiet devotionals of traditional Bible study, Faith in Focus was made for you.
Specifically designed for ADHD minds and neurodivergent thinkers, this 12-week Bible study guide invites you into a grace-filled, distraction-friendly journey with God—on your terms.
With short daily reflections, single key verses, creative journaling prompts, and built-in flexibility, this guide will help you:
- Connect with Scripture in under 10 minutes a day
- Embrace movement, creativity, and thought bursts as part of your spiritual rhythm.
- Let go of perfectionism, pressure, and shame in your faith practice.
- Celebrate progress, no matter how small or imperfect.
Whether you’re an overthinker, a list-maker, a doodler, or a “try again tomorrow” type of believer, Faith in Focus will remind you:
- You’re not spiritually defective.
- You’re wonderfully made—with a mind God can and will meet.
- Includes 12 themed weeks, 60 guided devotionals, reflection tools, and creative spaces tailored for neurodivergent brains.
You’re not alone. You’re not too scattered for God. And you don’t need to change who you are to grow in faith—you just need to start here.

That’s what I love most about this audiobook: it uses the least amount of time possible, so it fits the short attention span of many non-traditional thinkers. And even if you miss a day, it’s okay, because the book doesn’t judge you, it encourages you to keep trying and to stay connected with your faith. It also follows a 12-week format, giving plenty of time to train our minds to slow down and sync, even if just for a couple of minutes a day, to stay in touch with our faith.
Short, but full of meaning
