Flipping out with Flip the Book

What made the experience of listening to FLIP the most enjoyable?

I really enjoyed the real-life situations and Real Estate Millionaire's Club anecdotes that helped make practical applications of the information presented in each chapter.

What did you like best about this story?

By breaking down the step-by-step process of renovating houses to flip, the book was able to categorize and simplify a topic that can be very overwhelming, especially for first time renovators.

What does Cliff Haby bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He reads well, but I actually enjoyed the woman's voice even more when she would read the anecdotal stories between chapters.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed a few times, when I could totally relate to some of the crazy things that happen during renovation projects.

Any additional comments?

This is a must read for people who are serious about renovating houses.

No fluff, straight and to the point.

This book is excellent and is a great value. It also includes online resources for the diagrams and pictures that are in the written book. The book gives you check lists and how-to format for nearly every detail. There might be a better book for flipping out there, but I haven't seen it.

Very dry

It's Hard to pay attention to because of how monotone it's narrator covers the material.

1st Book I've Read On Flipping & It's Outstanding

Any additional comments?

This book is highly recommended! Read at least the first half if you're seriously considering becoming a Flipper. Don't trust those TV Shows there's A LOT more to it then what they show.

Awful, boring, stretched, waste of time and money

Save your money! This book takes 4 ounces of knowledge and delivers it in a 16 oz glass. They actually have a moment in the book where - to help deliver a message through role play, they have one character rub another character's shoulders. I could not believe what I was hearing. You would learn more by speaking to anyone who read a brochure about the subject immediately prior.

Great info, but side stories are cheesy

Lots of great info in this book, but the example stories they add are distracting and cheesy. Book would be better without them.
