"F*ck ’em" is a zero-tolerance guide to dealing with emotionally irresponsible people of every kind — avoidants, narcissists, manipulators, perpetual victims, and anyone who drains your energy while refusing accountability.

This audiobook teaches you how to see past the fake persona, stop making excuses for their behavior, and recognize them for what they really are: self-serving, opportunistic individuals who do not genuinely care about your well-being.

For some of you, this will not just be an audiobook.

It will be a transformative experience.

You’re about to go on an emotional journey to real empowerment. For many of you, this will be the first time you truly know and feel your worth — and finally hold your boundaries, possibly even ending a relationship, without guilt or apology.

Inside, you’ll learn:

  • Why excuses are the primary weapon of emotionally irresponsible people — and how to neutralize them at the first sign
  • How their opinion of you is actually an attempt to weaken your self-worth and regain control
  • Why empathy without boundaries destroys your energy
  • How to exit calmly, cleanly, and permanently — without explanations or emotional debates
  • How to reclaim your emotional power and stop hemorrhaging energy to people who take and never give

This audiobook is not about anger.

It’s about clarity.

“F*ck ’em” does not mean cruelty.

It means zero tolerance for emotional irresponsibility.

You don’t need to win.

You don’t need closure.

You don’t need their understanding.

You just need to leave — and this audiobook gives you the mindset and the game plan to do exactly that.

Once you do, everything changes.

You free yourself from the wrong people so you can finally make room for the right ones.

If you’re ready to stop negotiating your self-respect, stop carrying other people’s chaos, and start winning in the real world — this audiobook will meet you exactly where you are.

Fuck excuses.

Fuck manipulation.

Fuck emotional parasites.

This is your permission to choose yourself — decisively.

This book is filled with mnay home truths I needed to hear given in a direct way. No fairytale tik tok explanations, just facts and reality. Keep doing what you do Lance! I found this book through your Facebook videos. You deserve to blow up and go viral more than the trash pushers that had me living in excuses and explanations on a dead end road to toleratance and misery.

A real eye opener!

I genuinely can’t remember any useful advice I took from this. It felt like one long add to work with the author “coaching one on one.” For how much he’d hyped the book up on social media I was expecting to take SOMETHING substantial from it, but no, felt like paying the better part of €10 to hear the author talk about how great he was. At one point he was talking about medical professionals/doctors consulting him and based on what he was saying, I find that unlikely somehow. 😅

Felt like a long add
