Need a Slight Edit

I prefer Mindfulness Training to others for meditation/self help.

I found this to be very soothing to slip into, listen, and follow instructions.

It was slightly subpar, compared to the other MT I’ve listened to. The narrator was a little better than ok, but not ideal. The writing -sentence structure and choice of words weren’t always smooth and ideal.

Does it work? I’d say yes! After listening a few nights, I definitely found myself making smaller portions when dining.
