I found it to be a wonderful book.

This book brings together two things that I, and probably many other people, would like to accomplish: a meditation practice and weight loss. Exploring mental blocks, relationship to behaviors and habits, and movement provide clarity to our current state.

Helps a lot with portion control

It helps a lot with portion control and making healthier choices each day. Not every day has to be perfect, but if at least 75 percent of your food choices are healthy, then you'll be making a lot of progress. Helps a ton with those decision-making moments.

Motivates me to workout

Very nice for motivation and visualization. It's like a mental vision board of how you know you are supposed to behave and think and then, getting you there.

This is absolutely the best one.

This is recommended in audio, so you can listen to the meditation. I think this would be helpful to anyone looking to change their mindset about weight loss. If you've struggled with losing weight, this is a worthy option to try.

Appreciated this audio

The meditation and hypnosis sessions will help to regulate food portions in a natural and highly effective way by engaging your subconscious mind in the process. Discover the power of hypnosis for losing weight fast and increasing your motivation to lose weight via hypnosis and meditation. Love the motivation it brings, and I feel it can last as long as you listen whenever you feel you are losing the will to continue on a healthier path. It's worth it to at least try, in my opinion. Health is everything.

It's a great self-awareness tool

Great audiobook.

This is a holistic way to get motivated quickly, as I've found, and crave healthier foods. It's a nice addition to a workout routine and a healthy diet. I enjoy listening to this early in the morning on some weekdays to get me going and keep me on track with my health.

This book was absolutely faltering; I got the perceptible structure and had the choice to hear it out ordinarily during my work drive. An easy listen that will definitely have you ready to start studying the exciting field of hypnosis!

Very informative audiobook on the subject.

This audiobook is phenomenal. I put it on when I’m ready to go to sleep each night. The first night I listened to it, I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed even though it had been a short night. I started my day and was blown away by my changed attitude and thoughts about food. I found myself choosing healthy food in much smaller portions, and I had no interest in “snacking” in-between meals.

This book will help you lose weight.

I really enjoyed how the author explains the importance of how being consistent with small changes over time it adds up. Learning to not be in a hurry and allowing change was a big takeaway. I definitely recommend this book!

Worth Reading

I absolutely loved the book, and the narration could not be any better. Hypnosis and Habits are very applicable, and it has truly gotten me through my negative mental block for getting healthy again. I'll be patient with my results :)

Absolutely Prodigious Helpful Guide

I wish I could give this author a hug- this book was truly life-changing for me! Finally, someone gets it. This book opens up with the author telling us her struggles, and that automatically sucked me in because I felt as if she was reading my mind. I felt confident in my purchase.

This is an audiobook to meditate on losing weight.

This is an audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction, this can be a potent technique. Having listened to several meditation things similar to this, I feel, in comparison, this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. If you believe in the law of attraction and you would like to help mediation on weight loss, this book is worth pursuing.

This audiobook helps me

I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This audiobook is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I'm still dieting and hitting the gym, but I like how this audiobook helped turn my thought patterns from negative food to positive ones.

I noticed a change in my body weight.
