Amazing truths

There is great information in this book. Great book! I've lost 34 lbs following this program. I also ordered the book on audible and listen to it from my cell phone while driving. Best program I've ever found.

It really works!

Her explanation of the science of obesity and why I have not been able to successfully lose and keep all of my weight was revolutionary! I feel like if I follow the tenets in this book I will finally be successful in losing 150 pounds I have to lose. And I will finally be happy, then and free.

Great information everyone should know.

Best ideas ever for sustainable weight loss and a happy and free life! So many will benefit from this blessing of a book. It seems I've purchased every diet book ever audio. With that said this is the first one thst has worked for me. 10 days in and 16 lbs lighter. I am not being paid for this review.

This book seems to be a dissertation about hypnosis.

This is not at all what I was looking for. Appears to be a history of hypnosis with a few very short hypnotic sessions, and I mean very short. The history is very detailed, but that is not what I thought I was paying for. Wish I could get my money back. I listened to about an hour of this and felt like I was back in a very boring psychology class.

Unbelievable results!

I love this book. The research and plan go hand in hand and make it easy to follow. I got to the point I thought nothing would work..... I’ve been on it 5 months and lost 30lbs, less then ten to go! Thank you SPT!!
