This book is fabulous. Such an easy and comfortable way to really work on weight loss. I never had any weight issues until after menopause, even after birthing five children I didn't have any difficulty getting back to pre birth weight. But after the hormone crazy action of menopause my body totally changed. This book was a simple way to integrate hope and action on my weight loss journey.
