As someone completely new to this, I found this method wonderfully relaxing and easy to do with clear directions and a soothing narrative. Although the book suggests hypnosis as a powerful tool for "effortless" weight loss, I have to disagree. Making time for the hypnotherapy, like any form of self-care, amidst a busy schedule does take effort—effort that is well-invested.
