Brilliant audio

This is such a brilliant audio . I’m really lucky to have a copy of this . What i love best about this audio is that it is totally effective . It really works well for me . It’s really great to finally lose some pounds after using this for a few weeks .

I feel so confident

I feel fully confident of losing another 20 pounds, even 30, to get back to my old weight in the over 60 crowd and weight loss can be difficult, but It actually of 40 years ago. I am feels natural with this.

Helps me sleep soundly

Starting last week, I've been listening to it right before going to bed (it's hard to put everything down during the day that I'm working on, to sit and meditate for 30 minutes). So far, I can definitely say it helps me to sleep soundly (side benefit)!

Helps me a lot with my eating

I like to snack throughout the day

The problem I personally have is that I like to snack throughout the day. If I didn't snack, I would have lost much more. While I'm happy I've lost 10 pounds, I would really like to lose much more.

Stomach fills up faster

I can feel my stomach filling up much faster, and I will have the "stuffed" feel much quicker than normal (I try to avoid the stuffed feel, although it happens occasionally).

I appreciate what I eat

I now appreciate what I eat. Sit at the table and enjoy the meal. Those two things alone are changing my life. I can honestly say if you do what it says, it does work.
