For a more than basic understanding of holistic and healing therapies. This book, explores the potential of some of the most common complimentary therapies, where they came from, and how they can benefit creation. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the true stories told in it.

Modern day medicine has it’s place but these other therapies can help us understand illness and our mental emotional states on a more profound level.

This book brings together and makes sense of al the many types of healing practices and therapies I use. Yoga, Qigong, Acupuncture, Craniosacral therapy, crystals, have all made a great difference to my health and well being. Richard Gerber explains how the many healing practices work and how effective all these therapies are and the healing they bring. Also, he looks at the scientific studies that verifies that the use of these healing practices and remedies, that are powerful tools we can use in everyday life. So pleased I found this book.

Taking time does help one chapter at a time is needed.
