It’s okay

The narrator at times too jumpy , bit strange. I enjoyed this however I don’t think it had much to do with the description of helping you become more positive. Also I didn’t appreciate it telling me at the end that I have to write down three things that... if I don’t want to ? Then what does that mean the hypnosis didn’t work ? I didn’t buy a write three things meditation I brought a meditation to become more positive. I have enjoyed very much and hold highly of meditations by the mindfulness meditation hypnosis author narrated by the other person I think his name is Jay
