Super rushed

None of the points were elaborated on or explained. There were little to no examples to illustrate points. Felt like the narrator was jumping from one point into the next rapidly without giving us time to absorb anything we had just listened to.

It felt more like a short form blog post in list format or a Pinterest / Instagram slider than it did a book. The content was similar to what you’d find on Pinterest / Instagram, too. So it felt recycled and like I haven’t learned anything new as it is the same content doing the rounds everywhere.

Not a fan of the cringe way the narrator refers to us as ‘darling’ now and again. The voice was a soothing one, but also very monotone.

Overall, not worth the Audible credit for me. Refund please! 🙏🏽
