Summary
Layla and Max grew up together, telling secrets, playing games, and sharing everything. As adults, however, they have drifted apart, and when Max shows up at Layla's house in the middle of the night, it has been more than a year since she has seen him. His eyes seem to say that he is the same best friend who she camped out with in the backyard with and experimented with for her first kiss. His body, however, seems to suggest differently. Layla is conflicted as to whether she should go on the offered road trip he has suggested.
Max always saw Layla as the girl next door. She was his first crush and his first kiss, but it ended there. No matter what, though, she has always been the first person he thinks of when he is upset, and when his girlfriend breaks his heart, he heads straight for Layla. In just one year she has changed into a stunning woman who stirs desires in him that Max struggles to hide. Hoping a road trip, like when they were young, will reconnect their friendship and get him over his girlfriend, he convinces Layla to go along with him. Once they get out on the road, however, his attention turns away from childhood games and into much more adult pursuits.
Can sex between best friends turn their connection into lasting passion, or will they lose their friendship and each other forever?

Passionate and sensual best friends romance!
What did you like most about Always You?
"Always You" is very realistic romance, where best friends from childhood love each others but don't realize that is a true, adult love.
What other book might you compare Always You to, and why?
I can compare "Always You" to "Billionaire secret desire" by Alessandra Bancroft, because characters love each others but don't know about true feelings and playing a game. Also the passionate language, very intense scenes and complications of the action is similar.
What about Kendall Taylor’s performance did you like?
I like Kendall Taylor, because her performance is very vivid, energetic and help me to visualize the action. Her tone is very emotional and full of tension. It is a pleasure to listen that kind of well leading narration that makes audiobook more excited.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I like scenes where Layla and Max meet together and remind old good times. Later on they realize that they feelings and emotions changed and they can see each others in different way. Especially when they are going for the camp side, where they always spend holiday as children. Now place are still the same, but they are so different and they emotions have just burst.
Any additional comments?
Very emotional audiobook, interesting plot with twisted and unexpected action, complication. Very emotional scene that keep your attention in very high level.

Sensual Fun in New Adult Romance
Reading this new adult romance story by Alessandra Bancroft was a great way to spend an afternoon. In Max and Layla, the author has created two likable and believable characters, while she manages to expertly slowly build the tension through the book.
Always you is a real page turner. It immediately grabs your attention and leaves you eager to find out what will happen next. Excitement and intriguing twists along the way, this is highly recommended for fans of this genre.

Soft, sensual and very sexy romance
Always You is a heart warming and satisfying romance, with extremely likeable central characters (Layla and Max) and a thoughtful storyline. Childhood best friends who have recently grown apart, discover under-currents of desire in a mutual sexual awakening. A well written story, with a sprinkling of 'twists and turns' and a whole deluge of sexual tension, that finds it's fulfilment as the book progresses.
I enjoyed Always You because it felt plausible and satisfying. Nothing was out of place and the ending (despite being predictable) was exactly as it should have been. A quintessential boy/girl next door romance. Well done Ms Bancroft.

My Perfect Kind of Sensual Romance Book
Any additional comments?
This is such a unique sensual romance story. I could only imagine if this was going to be made into a movie, this will definitely be a hit! I will be first in line at the cinema! The whole time I was listening to the audio book, all I could feel was goose bumps all over my body!
I really love how the story makes you work your imagination and how interesting it is. I do not regret that I purchased this book. I recommend this to everyone! I hope that the author writes some more romance books just like this!
This is my cup of tea!

yes. this book has a story line we can all relate to

My favorite character is max. i love his arrogance and i think he is the grey of this book

i enjoyed the Road Map are Liars... chapter
