Narrator was not great and a little too repetitive for my taste. could be more to the point.

Surprisingly didn’t put me to sleep
Despite it being annoying hyperbole. 60% of each episode is rehashing what was said in episode 1. 20% sound clips of people who couldn’t sleep. 10% new pointless waffling. 10% content which is basically common sense.
