A brilliant series!

Alex/Charli is once again back at Montague Manor, only this time there are two tyrants dictating her life. The suspense is killing me!

Good, but too drawn out

I will continue to follow this story. However, this is the last book I will buy that is written by Aleatha Romig.
She drag her stories out too long. 4 book and its not complete, a little to much. I think I will stick to authors who knows when/how to wrap it up.

Seriously!!!

This Series is beyond frustrating! Can we get some type of conclusion! I mean the 5th book is still months away and the author "Bless Her Heart" has us all hanging off the edge of a deadly Cliffhanger!!!

Really?

Cliffhangers are good when done right. Stretching out a 8 hour book into 12 hour book and then derailing the train just short of reaching destination just to make you buy the next book is just too blatantly schemey to me. I was into it, and now I'm not so much. It feels too much like being sold something, then realizing it wasn't what you wanted. Could have read something else....

I may or may not read the next one, but giving it two stars because it could have been so much better if it wasn't so drawn out unnecessarily and not deliver the goods at the end.

Great author, but maybe she isn't being allowed to write as she really would.

I NEED BOOK 5 NOW!!!

I can't even right now!!! This series has me on pins and needles. Loving the entire thing especially the deception, the secrecy and the romance! I'm DYING for book 5 on audio right now. I might have waited another month before I started this series if I had realized it wasn't available yet. So WARNING MAJOR CLIFFANGER... you will require book 5 and lucky for you its' out in every format except audio but that is due in February (hopefully). I can't wait to see how this ends, especially because if I know this author from past experience.... no matter what I think will happen... I'm wrong ;)

Tease

I am a fan of this series, but I feel like this installment was unnecessarily drawn out. Multiple times I found myself saying "get to the point!". I understand that a story should keep you wanting more, but making you wait unnecessarily is aggravating. All that build up to and ending that answered nothing at all. At least a tiny bit more could have been given.

Crap! Stop extending the book.

Alex mom' s voice is a pain in the a**. Nots is the only character I like. He and his father plus everything connected to them is what makes this book interesting. Alex and her crap is a pain to listen to plus they are to wordy.

Predictable!

I think this is more of it's a me not you kind of book. I have been living in Pepper Winters world of Indebted and needing something twisted and dark decide to jump back into the Infidelity series. Especially knowing how Aleatha Romig always delivers a great twisted mind fuck. I think Pepper Winters has ruined me as I wanted MORE from Entrapment. And I hated the predictability.

As always Brian Pallino does a great job as Nox! Love him! And Samantha Prescott has her southern Savannah accent perfected!

Ms.Romig is killing us with the anticipation!

I am truly a fan Ms.Romig work. she really outdid herself with this book. Can't wait to the last book. Entrapment get me on me on Edge of my seat. What a nail bitting story. love it! By the way big fan of Brian Pallino. I can listen to his voice for days.

DOES I LOOK LIKE A JOKE TO YOU?

No person in their right mind would let this story go so far. The contradictions killed me. This woman is supposedly strong and doesn't want to let others make decisions for her anymore (especially not Nox, the man that loves her, no why would his input matter?!) yet that is EXACTLY what she does for the entirety of this book. For a student at an ivy league school, the author left very little in the way of common sense within Alex's brain when she is around her "family". So ridiculous that I'm actually mad right now not only at her but at how the ending happened. This is a cruel cruel joke on the part of the author and I think it's the first time in my life that I yelled out curses at the end of a book. Aleatha knew just how to get us hooked and give us one small hot at a time. I want to love Alex and through it all she has a strength to her character but I could not believe the unrealistic, no that's not it.. the roundabout way it all unfolded, even knowing this is fiction. Does that make it better or worse? I honestly don't even know anymore! That being said, I have to admit... I freaking loved it. I can't help myself, I must be a masochist because I sat listening the whole way through at twice the narrator speed to get through what I've already stated in my previous reviews as unnecessary wordiness to build up anticipation that lengthens things and makes me really irritated but simultaneously keeps me enthralled. I don't know whether to thank or condemn Aleatha Romig, but I just know I have to finish this, and I have to do it right freaking now!
I would just like to add that I am increasingly impressed by the narrators.. spot on and crazy talented.
