Pretty intense recording, if you need someone telling you how it is, this is for you. Neither lofty nor intellectual, but focusing on the practical approach of mysticism in a general Christian and Western context.

If you have studied (more abstract) eastern mysticism, this one is not far off but packaged differently and you will recognize similarities.

There are also (unspecified) links to Western mysticism and its various schools.

I enjoyed it.

I found this approach to such a full and beautiful new way of life is so close that I can taste it. With the no quibble whit and teaching of Caroline Myss, (now 1 of my favourite author's,) this is an impressive way to look deeply into oneself with care, consideration and love.
