Summary

End Game is the fifth book in the thrilling Will Robie series, by international number one best-selling author David Baldacci.

Will Robie, highly trained assassin and the US government's most indispensable asset, is called to London. An imminent terrorist attack threatens the Underground, and with the US next in line, Robie is the perfect choice to stop it before it begins.

He knows he has one chance to succeed. One chance to save London lives. One chance to make it safely home to find out what has happened to fellow agent Jessica Reel following their last deadly mission together.

But Robie is about to learn that even if he succeeds, the worst is yet to come. The game has started. Now only he can end it....

Not the usual Baldacci standard

I have read many DB books and usually enjoy them for what they are....somewhat impossible adventures with a bit of everything thrown in. However although this one was very much written in the same style I found it boring and annoying. Robbie and Reel are just far too unbelievable and incredible. This was not one of his better books.

Don't listen if you have something else to do!<br />

This audio book will prevent you doing anything else! I lost a whole day to escapism. 0The listening equivalent of unputdownable!
Well narrated, with different characters voiced in a believable way and possibly the best Baldacci I have encountered. Just a little far_ fetched at times but acceptably so. Looking forward to the next Will Robie.

Never give up on love

Top class story. Exciting and fast moving tale that again was full of twists and turns and an ending that was very fitting. This guy writes some great thrillers

doubt I'll read any new ones when/if they appear. Far to much repetition for me.

Assasins, not detectives.

A bit let down by this instalment. Had nothing to do with the synopsis at all. Still a good read but these guys are meant to be assasins not detectives.

Not up to par with rest of series

This book wasn't too enjoyable. It seems they spent too much time throwing as much as they could that a good story didn't ever evolve. Additionally the main characters exhibited dumb decisions which were only overcome with luck, leaving a trail of dead friends in their path. I just didn't enjoy this one too much. I'm not sure I enjoy the direction they are taking this Robie series.
