Thank you, Corin. I've followed you on YouTube for a few years and seen your progress, and you've inspired me to take charge in a number of ways.

It's too often that we don't find a connection with people trying to help us, perhaps because we can't connect with their story, but your climb back up the spiral of doubt and addiction is more real forthright than most top selling motivational writers and speakers.

You've got a good voice and presence for this and I found your methods and concepts very applicable. I think the model of a light version and then a formal version an excellent way of applying myself to the meditations, and as someone who has not found meditation easy, I found myself immediately engrossed and enveloped by the first one completely, so much so I fell into a deep meditation about half way through the first formal one and kind of awoke (without having slept) quite alarmed that i had gone in so deep!

I hope your methods reach more people, and thank you for putting yourself out there to help others see the same light you've worked so hard at finding for yourself.

For the most part, mediations are good at calming the mind but progress one little in a spiritual direction.
Mr Bryant does it differently, spot on.
The only mediations you need, should do.
it deepens one.
After one listening I had lucid dreams and remained aware while falling asleep. not that this is the aim of the book.
