Great content, terrible narration

The book has great content but the narration is so bad I was often distracted by the stuttering, mistakes, and unnecessary pauses. Probably the most unprofessional narration I have heard on Audible so far. I would just read the book instead.

Really badly read!

The book is read poorly in a jerky manner just as if there was comas everywhere in the text. There is a big lack of continuity and is out of tone. this book can put you to sleep which is bad in my opinion for a book that is about communication and listening skills. After forcing my way through listening it i can say that if you have read any other book about comms skills, i suggest to choose another as it is a brief overview and not much is to be learned out of it.

Horrible illiterate book...narrator was terrible,

Hated it, illiterate, poorly read, pablum, author didn't even get grammar correct. I paid little for it but so offended, I got my money back.

A very practical book

A very practical approach to emotional intelligence. It is not academic and very easy to read. It taught me a lot about myself and my emotions and how to deal with both.
