Greatness

For those out there in the self-help realm who are really trying to improve their emotional intelligence, I think this book is a great listen. It is beautifully concise and it offers practical, simple, easy-to-apply strategies for improving Self Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management. To Charge of Emotions, Depression, Anxiety, Improve Social Skills & Boost EQ.The authors even open the book with examples of what high and low EQ look like across these four areas; I found those illustrations to be particularly helpful. I am very glad that I purchased this book, and I think it is an ideal quick reference guide for boosting your EQ. I would recommend it to anyone.

Emotional Intelligence is Important to all

In graduate school I was able research emotional intelligence and it's importance to the health care profession, but I quickly realized the importance in everyday life. I utilize the techniques in personal relationships, when handling phone calls from patient families, and especially when dealing with patients. This book gives top notch advice regarding emotional intelligence and how to apply it in every aspect of your life. I highly recommend this book. Utilizing these techniques will make your life more enjoyable, more fulfilling, and much less stressful.

Amazingly insightful

Amazingly insightful and I appreciate all of the very practical strategies. I am working on this with one of my employees and he and I have both grown from this in just a few week of practice. It is amazing to have more of an awareness of the way people think and the nature of a situation than ever before. Even though this has not typically been a struggle, I have grown a lot already and see years of continued growth ahead of me.Thanks J. D. Bolouri for this free book.Giving honest review.

Very informative

I found this book topic very informative and enlightening. Got it free.from MR.J. D. Bolouri I only wish I had come across it earlier in my working career, it would have saved me a lot of grief and wasted years. This topic should be included in senior school level curriculum, as it will prepare young students leaving school and embarking on a working career with more confidence and ammunition/tools for tackling corporate as well as government institutional bureaucracy.Providing honest review based on book.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence Mastery is not only a fascinating listen it is also a hands on activity. To get the most out of the information provided one must practice the strategies in the book. It has brought me a lot of insight on something i feel like most people outside of academia know about. It has also helped me connect more efficiently, active listening is a skill i wish more people had, not only is it respectful it is an actual conversation inside of waiting for your turn to speak. Even if the listener doesn't follow the guide lines of the book, a simple listen through would be beneficial just the same. I already know in the time i've wrote this review.Giving honest review.I got this book free.
