Practical information

This is a good reference to have around when you find yourself less than excited about life and the people you share it with. I believe in those tools that they provide because they work.

information to the core!!

This is informative yet entertaining book for emotional intelligence. Being able to recognize my own and other people's emotion and the ability to manage these emotions effectively to create a positive and pleasant outcome. In here, I learn how to understand emotions well.

I found the audio book companion to this invaluable as I would sometimes hear the authors intent better in this audio book, it was great for driving time too

lots of major narrative mistakes really basic

really basic content narrator made lots of mistakes and both versions were left in the book. I wish I could recommend this book but I can't
