Love it! Recommended to all.

The Emotional Intelligence focus of this book is mainly on changing the listener's internal thoughts and feelings from a mental, almost spiritual perspective. Things like: “Close your eyes and see the color and location of the feeling you experienced.”

Very insightful audio book

Great book for a class I took. Inspired self reflection and gave insight into why we act the way we do. Also gave insight into how to handle situations for the most effective outcome. It's helping me to be more self aware without being critical. Looking at myself also helps me to be less critical of others as well.
