Summary

A lot has been written on mental health. Yet, a lot is still undiscovered and unexplored as a part of our global approach to mental illnesses. For quite a long time, we have aimed for flying cars, yet, no one fundamentally aspires for a world where mental peace and sustenance remain accurate reflections of our progress in science and technology.

This book directly refers to emotions, one of the pillars in depressive symptoms. Depression is a complex subject, and we will learn how to approach it. Facts and information relating to depression must have scientific or clinical validation. This book aims to bring forward clinical insights, key facts, research-backed behavioral patterns, and therapies that have been useful in fighting depression, anxiety, and the like. It primarily draws an overarching analysis of an individual’s emotional state, how emotions work, emotional patterns, theory, and analysis of emotional intelligence, growing emotional intelligence quotient, emotional learning, and guided techniques to manage emotions.

Furthermore, this book will highlight that depression hates a moving target. It brings about cathartic ideas and how individuals battling depression can overcome their symptoms by increasing action in life, which anchors their mental state towards aspects of life that matter. It will also highlight the commercial use of emotion and personalization.

Bringing futuristic reference of emotional intelligence in design, marketing, business, we outline emotions and their ubiquity in our lives. As emotional intelligent design and personal content are successful, it allows consumers to relate more and grow a sense of belonging toward a brand or business. The advent of mental health and its awareness has transformed business practices, pushing brands to humanize more.

We have a long fight, and we are in this together.

Very insightful and well communicated

This book came to me at the perfect time and really enriched the last 40 days. Full of deep substantial meaning beyond all the feel-good stuff out there. I enjoyed listening so much.

Fueled a great spiritual experience for me

This bundled book caused me to search within and find a freshness in my relationship with god. Pointed questions in each devotion that penetrate my spirit and examine doubt and complacency that I didn’t know was there.

Silence is golden!

These are short devotionals that really help to grow in quiet time (daily office). I'm not good at doing these days, but I'm getting there.

Peace your mind!

I've listened to so many self-help books, and now I know why they didn't work. They caused me to beat myself up. Instead R. Breton shares in "Spirituality & Emotional Agility" how to find your values and create "Self-compassion".

Such A Great Help!

Extremely impactful, it made me feel better about the feelings I was having in a healthier way of addressing them. This book is good for anyone dealing with depression I am being told to suppress my feelings or get over them. God gave us feelings for a reason and many times his voice is writing on those feelings if we just care to listen. This book is a great strategy on how to navigate through some of your toughest feelings and emotions.

Awesome and life changing!

My study group all agree that this bundled book was needed like 20 years ago because it was so intriguing and challenging. We all would characterize ourselves as mature believers but were quickly humbled after recognizing we all have junk we carry from life experiences like a lint brush picking up things from the world. Highly recommended!

Super important topic!

I didn't necessarily think this bundled book would be so life-changing when I started listening to it, but we all have emotions, and it's hugely helpful to learn how to best respond to the various emotions we feel. I highly recommend this book to anyone!

Very effective!

I haven't either, but I think I will, simply because I am learning more information and feel more confident. It will be interesting to see what an effect this book has had on me. I am betting quite a bit.
Highly recommend this one!

This book is spot on!

This book was not published when I began my journey, I have two thoughts on that, one is that it would have been so very helpful! The second is how similar the path was to my own experience. Great job by the author.

Everything you need to listen.

So comforting to hear someone explain what I was dealing with in a way where I didn't feel guilty or ashamed of what was happening and that it wasn't my fault. Gives me the confidence to move forward with my life without having to live in abuse and then pretend like everything is good. I feel like God answered my plea for help.

Insightful!

This bundled book was recommended to me by another teacher, who had to listen it for her job. It is really eye-opening and could be a life-changing read if you are someone who tends to push down/hide your feelings.
