The audible method separating for simpler learning

You're more likely to give in to emotional eating if you lack a good support network. Lean on family and friends or consider joining a support group.

It gives us a practical and logical explanation.

This may just serve to increase your food cravings, especially in response to emotions. Eat satisfying amounts of healthier foods enjoy an occasional treat and get plenty of variety to help curb cravings.

I am actually still listing it. It almost feels like it was well explained for me! I have a notebook and I am doing every question/exercise. I have read several other books on emotional eating, but this one has been very helpful.

This is really a nice, easy program to follow

This is the best Audio-book about over eating

Really worth listening to. I learned a lot that I'd never thought about before. I hope I am now fortified against Emotional Overeating Again with excellent ammunition.

Weight reduction is scarcely referenced.

Weight reduction is scarcely referenced and passionate eating is drawn closer with regards to enthusiastic guideline and mindfulness. I am eating to some degree less in the wake of perusing this book (which I'm perusing again, something I NEVER do) yet I'm not eating less junk food. It bodes well and feels right.
