End Emotional Eating

This is a great reference for addressing almost any area for your life where you feel you have little to no control. The exercises in the book help to make the topics and concepts in the book real & tangible. I truly enjoyed listening it. I feel like there is hope & an actual method to live a value-based life.

Great book!

Weight loss is barely mentioned and emotional eating is approached in the context of emotional regulation and awareness. I am eating somewhat less after listening this book (which I'm listening again, something I NEVER do) but I'm not dieting. It makes sense and feels right.

Fantastic!

I really want to eat really helped me to stop binging. What I liked about the book is that the author suggests maintaining a journal, which keeps me aligned with the promise to myself to complete the weekly tasks which are a form of commitment to myself and healthy eating.
