In diesem Hörspiel werden drei Geschichten aus dem zweiten Emmi-Buch "Zusammen macht's mehr Spaß" lebendig. Juchu! Endlich ist es soweit. Emmi hat Geburtstag. Darauf hat sie sich schon so lange gefreut. Auf ihrer Geburtstagsfeier sind alle ihre Freunde aus dem Kindergarten eingeladen, auch ihre neueste Freundin Samira, die aus einem fremden Land kommt. Doch dann läuft an Emmis Geburtstag manches ganz anders, als sie es sich gewünscht hat. Oh weh: Beim Spielen geht auch noch eine von Emmis Puppen im Puppenhaus kaputt. Wer kann da nur helfen? Am Ende wird der Tag doch noch schön und Emmi erfährt, dass sie ein ganz besonderes Geschenk ist - nämlich ein Geschenk von Gott. Die Geschichten werden von drei Liedern begleitet.
