I enjoyed this honest and genuine book. Liked his down to earth approach. Straight talking no nonsense.
As I lay there in the dentist chair (true story) having root canal treatment I cranked up the volume, shut my eyes and got through the next two hours. Listening and appreciating Embrace the Chaos. Thanks Jason Fox. We made it through!

Covers every topic especially regarding dealing with your mental health. He talks honestly about his own experiences and how he overcame his difficulties and offers techniques and advice on how you can overcome yours. The fact he narrates his own book adds to the realism and makes the advice hit home.
