In today's world, all of us face many obstacles that cause stress during the day. While we cannot always eliminate the items that cause stress, there are three important things we can all do to help control our stress each day.
- 1. Deep Breathing Exercises - Start by inhaling deeply then slowly release your breath. This helps clear out your lungs of toxins and will help calm you. 2. Take A Nap - If you have just 30 minutes, shutting your mind off to the day's stress can do wonders. 3. Be Grateful - Things could be much worse, so be grateful for what you have.
