Sobre una mesa grande de una carnicería abandonada encuentran el cadáver de una mujer no identificada, cuya causa de muerte no está clara. El cuerpo no tiene ninguna marca, salvo por el hecho de que le han cosido los labios para dejárselos cerrados.
