As a non flyer but admire this book is excellent I’m old was a manual worker but am very interested in aviation history, this book has filled many holes in my memory, so thank you and all who have protected society

This is the best book I have listened to, simply put, it's so thought provoking, the explanation behind the process of ejecting out, made me feel queezy, some of the injury detail of the ejectees is horrific. but has to be told, from early designs, to the latest, I am stunned as to what the pilots had to endure, under fire,explosions, missile strikes,mid air collision., on and on the book details it all, all hail Martin Baker

Out of the 752 titles in my library this is one of the Best! Fascinating history of not only ejection seats but the fast jets they were used in and the pilots who owe their lives to Martin Baker!
There are really no downs to this book! Just Get It!
