Summary

An einem bitterkalten Februarmorgen wird John Benthien zu einem einsamen Haus in der nordfriesischen Marsch gerufen. Der Kommissar traut seinen Augen nicht: Vor der Tür des Hauses steht eine Tote, von Kopf bis Fuß in Eis gehüllt. Die geschockten Hausbewohner identifizieren sie als ihre seit Wochen vermisste Tochter. Später erfährt Benthien, dass die Frau erschossen wurde.
