About this listen

The purpose of this audiobook is to examine the relationship between the protein you eat and your ability to build muscle. In other words, I am trying to answer the question, “Can nutrition - specifically the amount of protein you eat - help you build muscle?” Once this question has been properly examined, we will then break it down into two more direct questions - “Can the amount of protein you eat help build more muscle?” and “Can the amount of protein you eat help you build muscle faster?” After all, this is really what we want: more muscle faster!

A lot of studies mentioned, but one really important factor not properly dealt with was workout intensity as this must be a major factor in protein requirements. I don't think I learned anything new. Still not sure how much protein I should eat. Anywhere from 60ish to 150ish apparently per pound I think...
