Amazingly read by the authors themselves, it simply breaks down the way to go about a fat loss in easily digestable steps, whether you have a lot or a little to lose, this book will show you how. Fully recommend!!

This book has really opened up my eyes to a new way of thinking. I lost some weight during lockdown but found maintenance really tough so have regain half of what I lost. It’s given me focus and confidence to be able to get back to where I was at the end of 2020!
