Amazing valuable information, everyone must read.
Amazing book. This book explains in a very detailed way, the effects emf has on our bodies (and other life forms) . The truth about the dangers of emf and 5g are not known by the vast majority of the population as this type of information is hidden from them. Everyone must be informed about what WiFi etc does to their bodies and understand its real dangers and how to protect from it. Parents need to read this book in order to protect their children from the dangers of emf. I am experiencing 5g for myself now, and have had all kinds of side effects, heart palpitations, ringing in ear, painful head aches (some times just on the side of my head that's facing the window), difficulty sleeping, dizziness, constant fatigue, pin pricks on my skin.. And the list goes on. I know not everyone can feel the effects of 5g as I do, but it's important they realise its very real dangers, if we don't stop the instalation of 5g world wide, we will be bringing humanity into a real pandemic and extinction.

A must know today
Dr. Mercola gives us a very clear scientifically founded overview on the huge problem of the consequences of different types of EMF on all life, followed by very concrete strategies how to mitigate the health damage for different levels of engagement and financial ability, with the due aknowledgments and links to specialists in their field. Have a note pad ready to write down the accurate links.

Excellent book & well read
Mercola goes into a lot of detail about the biology & politics of EMFs. Some chapters may be over people's heads especially the biology bits. So a 2nd listen of some chapters may be needed. And in any case its good to have this as a reference grounding. Some attention paid to practical tips about shielding but thats not the emphasis here as it is in plenty of other books, websites & videos. Clearly written & well read. And comes with PDF which contains much additional information including references for each chapter.

A nice summary but not insightful. some errors
information all available on the internet with nothing insightful. I was hoping for a deeper investigative reveal of information but no joy. Some errors made such as quoting 5G speed of 20 Gigabytes per second when it's GigaBits. Quite a significant difference. These sorts of mistakes shouldn't be published and made me doubt the rest. A nice book for beginners but not as informative as I was hoping. And while I agree with the premise of the book it misses out a lot.

Weak at best
There seems to be a lot of weak evidence such as N=1 anecdotal events, not studies or trials, but just events trying to be passed off as conclusive evidence of harm caused by EMFs. I’m not saying they are not harmful, but if you have to resort to anecdotes to try and convince people...well. I wouldn’t have bought the book if I had known.
