Worth the price

Very hard at times to listen because of the topic of trauma, but it was a great explanation of what trauma does to the brain. It offered options for healing too.

Another "must have" by David Reyes

This is a clear and very readable text. While basic in some ways, it is a solid, helpful, elucidating guidebook, even for more advanced practitioners. Thank you once again, Reyes. I will continue to use it as a reference in my EMDR work, most happily, and will recommend it to my colleagues.

Best EMDR book out there

I love this book and reference it often. It is easy to listen, but very helpful in understanding EMDR at a deeper level and how/when to use it and prepare clients. I would highly recommend this to any EMDR therapist, especially those working with highly traumatized clients.
