Most useful book for beginners

I am a newbie inn that type of a diet and think that it is good enough and worth the money that I spent. Nevertheless the plenty amount of the recipes in some cases do not allow to chose something one to cook, but anyway everyone can choose a lovely one a prepare it with the help of this cookbook.

Practical guide

Truly to tell, I had decided to start on the Mediterranean Diet for Beginners for about 2 weeks before I got this book. This book helped me a much better understanding ofthe diet and gave me an essential guide to follow. The well-organized structure is split into two main parts. Amazing book

I’ve made two recipes for now and both of them turned out to be amazing. I’m not new in the kitchen and I've been following an anit inflammatory diet for a while now but I’m definitely new to this cookbook and this author's writing manner so I’m in a need of some sort of handbook, telling me what to do and how to do it. This cookbook isn’t perfect, still the variety of recipes leaves you satisfied and intrigued to try more every time. Cool job!

Beautiful information

This Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can reform my diet to not endure as much inflammation. With a thorough explanation of foods that causes inflammation and those that are anti-inflammatory, I was amazed at the true effect of what you eat can truly make or break your health. Explaining how the inflammatory foods affect different parts and functions of the body was also useful information to include before getting into the recipes.
