The people of the region naturally and understandably ate those foods and drank those beverages that readily were available in and around their homes.

Mediterranean Diet is a very great book! Love this book and the recipes!!! I haven't found a bad recipe yet!! If you are serious about the diet then buy this cookbook! I was hesitant at first because I prefer cookbooks with pictures as well and a lot of people complained about that but seriously who really cares right....???? Except for some of the seafood recipes a lot of the ingredients can be found in your pantry. My boyfriend was unsure at first of the diet but he lost weight within the first week and he loves it!!! If you want pictures then take one after you make the recipe and tape it at the bottom of the recipe in your book! Also buy fresh seafood!!! It's worth it ❤ That's amazing one!

Awesome recipes! We are loving this cookbook. It is helping me mix spices I would have never combined before. I usually modify the recipes for time, and they are still amazing.

I read many Diеt book ,But this is the best Mediterranean Diеt fоr Bеginnеrѕ guide book.I really like this well written 7 great formulas are too well.very helpful & useful book .Good planing on this book.Many days I find this book then my best friend suggested to me for read this great one book.So , I highly recommend to all can try to read this book.
