gripping finished in one sitting bought the other 2 books on kindle as unfortunately unavailable on Audible which is gutting but the story is amazing and I have to know the whole series now didn't know it was a series before I bought this book fantastic splatterpunk horror author disgusting disturbing but highly gripping constantly want to know what happens next can't put it down

Loved the book.. just wish it was longer..the gore is graphic and uncompromising but what I really appreciated was the few incidents involving violence against youths were handle differently than the graphic nature of incidents involving adults…

This was my first Jon Athan read and I have already purchased a second. Wish the whole series was on audible.

The story is extremely shallow. I feel like I don’t know anything about the characters other than the terrible things they did to each other.

But this is ”extreme horror”, and Dr Sadist delivers plenty of anatomically detailed gore in an often cliched but ultimately competent snuff revenge story.
