I was waiting for this book to come out on pre-order, and it was really worth the wait. Absorbing insights from Matt, who has such an esoteric and remarkable gift, I was glued to every word and could not put it down. My sister passed in April, unexpectedly. Her death gave a shock to the system so profound - there’s not a day goes by that I’m not filled with gut-wrenching and unbearable grief. This book not only offers some understanding and comfort around what happens when a soul leaves this world and passes on to the next, it also encourages self-reflection on your own life and the deeper meaning behind why you are here and who you are. I shall be re-listening to it again and again in the days and weeks to come. Thank you Matt, you are heaven-sent x❤️
