A tough but worthwhile listen

Sorry Liverpudlians but the accent was grinding to my tender Devon ears. I ducked it up and I stayed with it and was so pleased I did. Great story, a modern and sad tale and a lesson to us all to listen and look past the obvious.

Decent story but terrible dialogue

The dialogue in this book repeatedly took me out of the narrative. It’s like they’re reading from a self help manual rather than having natural conversations.
